Dr. Ayodele has a strong background in education, having worked as a lecturer in Construction and the Built Environment at Leicester College and Peterborough College. He currently teaches Professional Construction at Derby College.

Beyond academia, Dr. Ayodele is a successful entrepreneur. He is the Managing Director of Solstice Height Global, an education consulting firm helping students and individuals pursue studies abroad. He also leads Enshet Crop Solutions, a Nigerian food and agriculture company with a global network that includes markets in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. This company focuses on value-chain solutions driven by technology and backward integration, operating by locating, processing, and exporting agricultural goods worldwide.

Additionally, Dr. Ayodele is the co-founder of Ebtore Solutions Ltd, a finance and payment solution company offering business and personal loans, leases, investment management, and corporate finance advisory services. He also co-founded Enlarge Consultancy Ltd, UK, Elan League International Ltd, and Starzie Ltd, all based in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Ayodele is committed to promoting lifelong learning opportunities for all, social justice, and accessible healthcare. These are the key pillars of his foundation, the Tunmise Ayodele Foundation, which provides education support, health and medical aid, and advocates for social justice for the less privileged in Nigeria.

Outside his professional achievements, Dr. Ayodele is happily married to his wife, Ebunoluwa, and they are blessed with three children. Known for his supportive spirit, he mentors and guides many people in Nigeria and abroad towards personal and professional success.
